You may have seen videos on your social platform of choice, telling you about the wonderful benefits of repeating daily affirmations to help rewire your subconscious so you can live a calmer, happier life.
You may have even tried them for yourself, only to find that it was something you struggled to stick with or that things in your life didn’t change as quickly as you had anticipated and so, you lost interest.
This is all valid and we understand the frustration when you fall off track with something you had been determined to stick with or when it feels like you’re doing something with zero results.
Here’s the thing; your brain loves repetition.
It actually takes 21 days of consistently sticking with something for it to become a habit that suddenly feels as natural as brushing your teeth every day.
Also, consistency breeds results, which is why it helps staying consistent, even when things in your external environment don’t seem to be changing, yet.
Instead of telling yourself that you are going to do affirmations so that you can see instant results in your physical life, why not change your perspective as to one where you are doing them to help how you feel internally?
When we start to feel good within, this is when things start to shift like magic in our external world.
You may be feeling anxious or stressed, desperate to change things, not realizing that all you need to do right now is simply focus on the present moment and how you feel.

These will get you started, but use them as inspiration to get creative with some of your own too.
Soon this will be as natural as breathing and you’ll start to feel so much better. This feeling of ease within you will soon reflect externally, in your physical world!
